Commercial photography is very unique, simply because of the particular aspects of the shoot. You need a photographer that can perform in an isolated enviroment such as on site or a factory floor. We tell the story of your product or service to your prospective client base.

Photography is my passion; my life. Whether I'm shooting commercial photography of an event venue or highlighting a diamond necklace that your company offers. I strive to create images that will move viewers to take action.

THE RIGHT PHOTOGRAPHER

 

  • Look at Photo Samples:

    Ask the photographer to see some current samples. This will give you a great idea of the clarity of their work, the color of the images, how well they used lighting to your advantage.

    Come away from the interview knowing the quality of the photographer, their overall style, and if they will adjust their style to your individual needs.
  • Connect With The Photographer:

    Photography is very unique and you need a photographer that can understand your product or service and then bring it to life in images.

  • Discuss Photography Equipment:

    You don’t have to be a professional photographer, but it is helpful to know the type of equipment that will be used for your commercial shoot.

    Equipment being just that … equipment, things can unexpectedly break. Make sure that your photographer will have back up cameras, flash, lenses, extra batteries, memory cards and film (if used). This way you can ensure that absolutely nothing will stand in your way of having the best possible photographs.
  • Costs & Contract:

    In Photography, the first thing you will want to make sure of is that the photographer of your choice is available on the day you have for a photo shoot. Once you have that established you can get down to the details and legalese.

    Make sure exactly what is included in the package plan of your choice and everything is spelled out. As a for instance, make sure you have in writing that your package plan might include professional models or props, amount of prints, the different sizes of prints, any editing, re-touching necessary or the amount of photographers that will be there working. It is also good to include how many hours are included.

    Communication is the key here. In speaking with your photographer you can make sure everyone is on the same page and you know exactly what and how much you will be paying for.
